Shipping Policy

I take great care in packaging and shipping artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, shipping rates, and how we handle artwork shipments.

 

Shipping Times & Processing

All orders with the exception of commissioned artwork are processed within *3-5 business days* from the date of purchase.

 

Custom or commissioned artwork may take longer depending on the creation timeline. Estimated delivery times for custom pieces will be provided upon order completion.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase

Packaging & Handling

I take extra precautions to ensure your artwork arrives safely:

Small to Medium Artwork: Shipped flat in sturdy, protective packaging or small box to prevent bending or damage.

Large Artwork: Shipped in reinforced tubes or custom-made boxes for additional protection.

All artwork is wrapped in protective materials (clear protective sleeve) and sealed securely to ensure safe transit.

 

Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within *5-10 business days* after shipment, depending on your location.

 

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays, especially for international shipments.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We ensure that your artwork is carefully packaged and insured during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Contact me within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.

2. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging for our records.

3. We will work together to either file a claim with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

If your package is lost during transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist in tracking or replacing the item.
